Also +1 from me. Much easier to draw on lower part on Cintiq. I'd love to dock timeline on top as well!

Re: Pen button eraser
For the moment, when you change your pen to the eraser (either by flipping it and using the other tip or by clicking a button that activates the eraser) the selected tool changes in TVPaint. Normal drawing mode:Capture d’écran_2021-02-04_13-19-50.png Eraser activated:Capture d’écran_2021-02-04_13-2...

Re: Pen button eraser
I'm using a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 with a Pro pen 2. (but it's the same with other wacom tablets I guess) Right now I'm trying to figure out how to configure two different erasers. How did you achieve that ? By creating a Custom panel, then I just grab the tool! :) After that I map keyboard shortcuts ...

Re: Blurry on 4K Cintiq / Mac
That'd be really cool, if there was a way to not hack my screen and still get all pixels used. Like other software does. Not sure how hard it is to implement though. TVPaint cannot adjust the screen resolution by itself, sorry. Which other software does that ? There might be a misunderstanding of w...

Re: Blurry on 4K Cintiq / Mac
The project resolution does not depend on your screen resolution : you can work on a 4k project while having a lower physical resolution. You may lose a tiny bit of precision, but it should be okay. Or else if your Cintiq is not your primary monitor, you may set your primary monitor to a normal res...

Re: Pen button eraser
Yes, you're right : with the current version of TVPaint there's only one eraser. With the version 11.5.1 to come (soon) this may be possible, but I'd need to check that. Could you please tell us a bit more about your setup ? which tablet/pen is it ? Hey, thanks. That's a welcome update :) I'm using...

Pen button eraser
Hey! Wacom pens has two buttons and I've assigned one of them to work as an eraser. (works same way as using other side of the pen). When I press the button and touch the surface - eraser works - all good here. The problem: I can't find how to modify this eraser, that is activated with this Pen butt...

Blurry on 4K Cintiq / Mac
Hey, I'm looking for best way to make TVP work full resolution on Cintiq Pro 24. (I'm on Mac) I've tried to set resolution scaling to 2, but it makes everything 2 times bigger. One solution that worked was using "SwitchResX" app to set resolution for my Cintiq to native 3840x2160 (remove 2...

Re: Can I duplicate my dongle
Hello Agris, As discussions surrounding purchases, dongles and licenses aren't something that should be done on a public forum, I advise you to use our Contact Form instead :) Best, Thnx for the reply Thierry! I'll consider that. However I came up with a simple solution - I attached the dongle to m...

Can I duplicate my dongle
Hello. This may sound strange question, however I didn't find answer anywhere. My situation: I work from home and studio. I have one computer that I bring all the time with me. I have a USB hub at home and in my studio where I've plugged all needed stuff including the TVPaint dongle :D And as a norm...

Re: Unproportional (uniform) scaling
Hey, the answer was that simple! Perspective transform works really good. Thanks! Although you don't have the 'warp' sub-option (within the transform button's menu), you can use the 'perspective' transform tool. In that tool, if you hold shift and click one of the square handles on a long side (not ...

Re: Change the hotkey for zooming for use with iPad Pro
Hey, Thanks for your reply. Thanks to You i finally purchased Controllermate and after 15 minutes of fiddling I enabled right mouse button support for my iPad and now I'm able to zoom with alt , and do other stuff exclusive to right mouse button in TVP. Re: Change the hotkey for zooming for use with iPad Pro
I know this thread is pretty oldie. But it's been almost year since I bought iPad Pro and I can tell that this device at least for me works really good in TVP. I use Astropad Pro (monthly paid version). The only downside still is - I can zoom only with keyboard. Other than that - I think it's perfec...

Unproportional (uniform) scaling
Hey, I'm looking for a way to do uniform scale. Currently CTRL+T (transform tool) allows only for proportional scale. I use Standard version, which doesn't have Warp tool. My use case when I really want this tool is - making a very subtle squash and stretch, when It's really not worth spending time ...

Re: Mac OS Sierra
Ok, I've found something. If I'm drawing and I get a notifications from another app, my crosshair turns into a cursor. V.annoying if I'm doing something delicate... I'm having this also on 11.0.6 standard edition Mac OS 10.12.5 .. Actually not sure about notifications, but If I switch to any other ...
