well... the tool was in subtract mode, I changed it back to add TvT sorry for the trouble!

Sadly didn't work for me. I restarted the system, created an entirely new file to test it out, but stilll experience the same thing.

I have tried it without line smoothing. Doesn't seem to work

I have a similar problem, but it happens only when I start drawing the curve - the beginning of the curve is almost always a line segment when drawn fast.
(on windows)

So I had the guidelines turned off and got my lines back.

Does anybody have a problem with a pixelated UI? I am getting the jagged/sharp lines while drawing as well.
