Where can I download the JSON script for After Effects?
The YouTube tutorial from TVPaint says the JSON script can be found in the installation folder, but it's not there.

Re: Would animating in this style be too hard?
Wow, that's phenomenal. Thank you so much for showing me this. Where can I see more quality 2D animated films? I'm literally just going to youtube and typing "2D animated films" and searching around.

Would animating in this style be too hard?
I attached an image, it's a screenshot from a video game trailer, Overwatch. In the trailer, this is also just a still image. But I loved how this art style looked. Would it be possible to make an animation with TvPaint having this style? Notice the features on the woman's face, like the shading, li...

What exactly does an "inbetween" artist do?
I was watching an animated short "Heart" by Erick Oh, and in the credits I saw "Inbetween Artists" and a whole list of names. Yet, I know Erick Oh does the main drawings. I'm wondering what the whole animation process is, involving inbetweening. At first, I imagine that the "...

Quick Question about Drying
For my question, I'll be referring to a particular tool just as an example; on the right side menu, go to Pen Brush tool. Now on the left side Options, where there is Size and Power etc, there is Drying. When that is checked, each stroke I do on top of each other gets darker; the opacity is being la...

Quick Question about resolution and size
On TvPaint, I am planning on making one image, as if I'm using it like Illustrator, and need to print it out large 23.5 x 23.5 inches. For the project size, what would be the optimal height and width if I'm going to print it that large? As far as I know, TvPaint only tells me the pixels, not what it...

Re: In this video, how did they make this plane look 3D?
Oh and another question that's not related to the first one. In the same video i linked, at 1:48, which FX allows those sun rays shining down from above? I thought maybe the Lighting > Spot FX would do the trick, but it doesn't look all that close to what's in the video.

In this video, how did they make this plane look 3D?
This video is on the tvpaint website gallery. Go to 1:17. During this scene, pay attention to the sky in the background. Then RIGHT when it hits 1:17 in the video, the camera seems to "look up at the sky" as if it were a dome, instead of a 2D plane. I know how to use the basics of multipla...

Quick question about squiggly line effect
I went through all of the TvPaint documentation tutorials on the site from start to finish a while ago. I remember reading about a certain effect, but I can't remember where in the documentation it was, and I tried looking and am having a hard time finding it (there are so many tutorials). The effec...

Quick question about student discount
To be clear, is the student discount for TvPaint 11 pro for students that attend ANY school? Or is it exclusive to certain animation-based schools? I go to Seattle Pacific University (not an animation school). When I went to the purchase page on the tvpaint website, I noticed a box asking me the &qu...

Quick question on animating
Hey everyone, I'm new to animation. When professional animators make a short-film using TvPaint, what is the drawing process for things that have motion that have a lot of detail and color and shading and stuff? Let me explain: Let's say you want to animate an apple rolling from point A to point B. ...
