TVpaint iphone/ipod touch app?
with the release of Autodesk's sketchbook pro on iphone this week.. i'm wondering if it might be a great idea to make a mobile version of tv paint for the iphone/ipod touch would certainly add and extend the coverage of TVpaint into new areas and would bring new cutomers to the full app on the snowb...

Re: tvp9 standard> no x-sheet-why?
it think the simple workflow of click>dragging frames on the timeline to extend their duration we have in standard version should okay in most cases i guess.
i maybe misunderstanding the usefulness od xsheet probably...of course i come from a 3d animation app background so we use a dopesheet

Re: Storyboard Software
also note that there's toon boom storyboard AND toon boom storyboard pro....2 applications
toonboom storyboard is $199 so it's far more affordable.

Re: tvp9 standard> no x-sheet-why?
you can of course hold frames with click dragging on a frame in the timeline in the standard version of 8.5 ,still having an option of x sheet would be preferable even at a small additional cost to standard..maybe a "standard +" option?

tvp9 standard> no x-sheet-why?
tvp9 standard> no x-sheet-why? i'm rather disapointed that the standard version of tvpaint 9 will not have an xsheet...for such a basic animation tool to be missing in the next version is irritating to say the least when i'd have to spend over £500 just to get that single feature...i'm totally not i...

Cresshead, Thanks for doing this--it's great. But do you have these videos in a higher-resolution format? If so, you should upload them to veoh.com or vimeo.com, since they allow higher resolutions than 320x240. David yes all are recorded at 1280x1024 and lesson 1's videos have been sent to tvpaint...

there's a reason for the option of the 2 file requester types...the windows one give you a familiar windows look but the tvpaint version may look different but you also get the advantage to see thumbnails of the tvp projects...so it's more useful than the windows version o/s based in that respect. a...
