Problem solved - it's a Pro tool, but isn't greyed out like the others I've seen. Just doesn't appear at all.

Is the Warp Tool (not Warp Grid, under FX Stack) obsolete?

I've seen tutorials that show it under Panning, Transform and Perspective in the Main Panel, and I don't see it there...
