I was wondering if there is a way to convert a movie to a slower frame rate but not extend the length of the clip. Is there a way TVP can calculate which frames to drop or add? For example I have a 15 fps movie which I would like to convert to 12 fps but not gain length in time.

Hello everyone.Really enjoying tvp but is there a way to reverse fill an image. Say for example you have a drawing with a bird instead of filling every feather can you select a blank background reverse the selection it then hit fill to colour the whole image with one colour? I hope I am making sense...
