Re: All of my custom brushes from TVP11 appear extremely pixelated on TVP12
Hello, I responded to your email. The dev team is aware of this issue and are working on smoothing out the transition of brushes between v11 and v12. This seems to be due to antialiasing settings being interpreted inconsistently by v12. Thank you for looking into this! Appreciate the help from my e...

Re: All of my custom brushes from TVP11 appear extremely pixelated on TVP12
Sorry, have been caught up with work. Bumping this to revisit the issue, updated to TVP12.1.0 as well. Does anyone on the dev team have any solutions? At the end of my rope here and it's affecting my professional work that now looks inconsistent when editing older drawings from before TVP12. An exam...

All of my custom brushes from TVP11 appear extremely pixelated on TVP12
I can't figure out why this is happening. These brushes looked and worked perfectly fine before on TVP 11 but are completely unusable now. All aliasing settings are the same as before, here is what is looks like, along with other parameters: Screenshot 2024-07-12 at 3.31.11 PM.png Screenshot 2024-07...

Re: Keyboard input disabled after opening project (TVP12)
The title bar with green blue and red is hidden. I searched for Tv paint directory at library folder but I didn’t find it You may be able to locate the folder by using the Startup Panel. When I click on the "Config Folder" button, it opens the folder that JeremyN wants you to rename. That...

Re: Keyboard input disabled after opening project (TVP12)
Hello, Could you tell me on which OS you are ? MacOSX Sonoma 14.5 I found I can "re-enable" by selecting the text tool, then bigger box (type in the field because keyboard can function only here), then tap the timeline, then go back and select the bigger text box (this highlights the text...

Keyboard input disabled after opening project (TVP12)
I don't know if this is a bug or I accidentally have some kind of setting enabled, but my keyboard works as normal on launch of TVP12. After opening a project file, all keyboard presses become disabled and I hear the "blocked input" noise. The program is still functional. If I close and re...

Re: Camera only window? Modular display window possible?
you mean this?: cam vieport.jpg Hi! Thank you for answering my question. Sorry for the late reply. This is almost what I mean, but do I need to basically re-render this camera view every time I want to see what the camera sees in this separate window? Is there any way to see this other window refle...

Camera only window? Modular display window possible?
Hi, I've been messing around with the demo and was curious about two things: Is it possible for an additional project window to display only what the camera is showing? At the moment you can only see the camera output if you scrub through. Is it also possible to detach the display to be modular outs...

Re: macOS Monterey / Ventura / Sonoma and TVPaint Animation 11 [UPDATE 17/06/2022]
Hello David, I have kept using TVPaint and didn't notice anything wrong for the time being. As usual, I would advise to wait anyway, as updating to the latest operating system right away may not be necessary (and because it can break compatibility with other software too). Hi just wanted to check i...

Re: TVPaint lags if left open for too long (works fine after closing and re-opening)
Just wanted to bump to see if there was a solve or acknowledgement of this bug yet. It's been happening to me for years, also on Mac.

Re: Is there a way to export instance heads only and omit empty timing exposures?
Yes. Export > Clip Layers Structure > JSON . Make sure you check the box next to Ignore Duplicate Images. This will export only the heads , not the exposures. TVPaint_Export_only_Heads.png If you prefer JPG instead of PNG , switch it to JPG - TVPaint_Export_only_Heads_as_JPGs.png I tried this, but ...

Re: TVPaint Animation 11.7.1 is available!
*snip* Hello, Unless I'm misunderstanding, I'm disappointed that the "center timeline" button does not actually center the playhead and keep it locked to the center while you move back and forward. Would it be possible to add this as a toggle? This would greatly improve visibility of your...
