tvpaint does work flawlessly on my cintiq companion, no jitter, lag, random lines or whatever. maybe one need to update to windows 8.1, reinstall the driver,
check wintab in the preferences and set the power mode to 'Hign Performance'. well, you know, that kind of stuff
