Yes, I think the "about TVP" is saying 11.7.2, when in fact it is 11.7.3.

This "audio crackle" issue came up again when I loaded new audio and even affected the audio that HAD BEEN fine. I tossed out my config.ini, which fixed the issue, but frustrating just the same.

FIXED.
I ended up deleting my config file, like kelanhordos suggested BUT first saved all my custom settings, as Dean said, and the crackle is 100% gone. Thank you all!

Attached are screenshots of the 4 audio files I tried using. Each one had a crackle/pop in TVP timeline playback. Although this issue started a while ago not sure what started it. Could have been my upgrade to 11.7.1

Hi Dean – I changed my preference to these settings, trying both 44 and 48Hz and new and old audio clips but the result is the same – the crackle is still present in playback. It is not present in the actual audio file. The audio files I test were both 44Hz.

Hi – Still having this same issue. Was never fixed but worked around it (animated without audio) but would love to get this solved. I change TVPaint's sound preferences sampling rate to the same rate as the audio file (44100Hz) and checked and the "Play All" option was disabled by default ...
