SOLVED! 1. I copied Arial fonts from another Mac computer onto a folder on my USB Flash Drive. I made sure they were "suitcase files" and not individual "Windows TrueTypeFonts". 2. Back on my Macbook Pro, I opened FONTBOOK and removed ALL of my current Arial Fonts. 3. I then plug...

HELP!! I have the same problem but cannot resolve it. Could you explain in more detail how you identified and removed the Arial font that caused the problem? I have Arial fonts installed and they're all "Windows TrueType Fonts"
Do I have to get rid of them all?
