Thank you so much, Slow tiger, for your very helpful and very quick reply.
You guessed it, I am following the DCI guidelines for the flat 1998 x 1080, 24fps.
Thanks again for your help. I really appreciate it!

DCP Preparation
Hi Merciful Mentors, I have searched through the topics and have not found my answer. I am now making the settings to start my project and I decided to make my animation settings for a DCP. I am using 1998 x 1080, 24 fps, with the pixel aspect, square. Then, when I opened my project in TVPP , I modi...

Loop Fantasy?
Could someone please tell me if I have the screen shot of the frames in the TL correct for faux-fixe? I also have a link for the video from these frames. It plays correctly for the small amount of frames used. But, my really BIG question is: Is there a way to make a 30 frame, 30 fps video, play for ...

Re: How do I get all the Particle Generator Presets?
Thank you both. It's the browse window that I/2 of the presets do not show in and unfortunately I don't see a way to change the BG of that window.
So, I just opened the invisible ones in my project window and view them there. I'm just surprised that no one has mentioned it before.

How do I get all the Particle Generator Presets?
I just opened the Particles Generator for the first time and using the browse to view presets, not all the presets open and the browser preview window is blank, nothing showing.
What am I doing wrong?

How do I upload an animation to show?
Hi Fellow Animators and Animator Mentors, :D I tried uploading a single animation, two different times, one was a MP4 and the other an AVI file that disappeared or just hung there never uploading. What are all of the video with audio file requirements in order to upload animation or stills to TVPP? ...

Re: Faux-Fix grayed out?
Wow, Paul! It did stop being grayed out and I set the faux-fix for the total number of frames in this practice project. I was stretching out the rear tab, giving me blank frames, instead of the rear tail, which would give me the copies of that last frame. Then, putting the layer in hold and out of r...

Faux-Fix grayed out?
Hi fellow animators! :D Here is an old problem that I found mentioned once before but, it was moved somewhere and I never found the solution. And, I do have the latest version of TVPP 10.5. I studied pages 6-17 and 6-18 in the manual for TVPP 10 and here is the Forum's only discussion of it here: ht...

Re: Twinkling Stars
Thank you Slowtiger and Paul. I am so glad that I asked because, I would have never thought of doing it either of the ways that you both suggest. I recently finished studying the pan method in the manual and practiced doing it a couple of times. I don't know about making a loop because I've only use...

Twinkling Stars
Is there an easy way to make twinkling stars? I tried by cycling 4 different white dots on a black layer but they looked like tiny jumping or shooting stars.
Has anyone done this already?
Thank you.
Kathy
I'm using TVPP 10.5 with a strong HP computer.
