Ok it's fixed, I don't know what i did but it works now, maybe restarting after disabling services.

I don't have another stylus, but I don't think that's the problem anyway since photoshop works like a dream.

Note i Just disabled tablet and pen services and disabled the features but it still does the dots.

I am getting these weird full weighted dots with my cintiq 12"
I have windows 7, so could it be related to the tablet pc features? I don't know how to search for this problem because the definition could be anyone's interpretation.
