with the modify project menu it worked. thanks alot malcooning. i always changed framerates in the remote control (last time it worked fine).



i dont know why its so hard for me to get used to this program. as i see, there are many people who are doing fine with it.

Im working on a project (lipsync) which has one videofile (3min - 100mb compressed) and 10 little psd´s. the saved tvp-project is 1,2 gb big. if i want to save it again (for safety, save oder save as) it takes about 1-2hours to save. why? what can i do? some mysterious keycombinations? ;) ...
