Does anyone know how to use the healing brush? Please post a tuturiol.

Does anyone how to make part of an image dissappear and blend in with the rest of the image. I have seen it demonstrated on one of the tutorials but computer won`t let me view the tutorials for some reason. I think it`s called finishing or phishing but am not sure.
