Personally I think the "Delete from the list" action is to make the things complicated. Why not just leave it like the "Open recent documents" option that all the good programs have?? The last 8 or 10 loaded items. That's it. Simple. Everything stills in the computer is just not ...

Yes. I think limiting the lists to 10 items will be fine. The last 10 items.
The same in the Custom panels list. Everything is in the Custom Panels folder so if we'll need an old panel that is not listed we just need to loaded back. Right??
