Re: Experimenting with black and white and paper textures

Thanks!
Yes.. some are captures from youtube and most of them is me. :)
I shot myself and a snaple bottle at home and use them as reference. :) I copied them. not trace them. I have another computer next to mine where I can play quicktimes frame by frame and analyze them.
Pretty fun!!

Re: Characters in TVpaint for new episode

Thanks to all for your thoughts and ideas. I made this just reading the script and playing around. I didn' t have the audio yet and as Paul told me once, which totally agree, the characters get constructed and get they personality when you animate them. I have the VO now and I will use this drawings...

Re: New 1 min Animation

Yes. I find it very useful when scrubbing the audio but the notes never play at synch when I play them on top of the movie.
They work fine as a reference to make the key poses i think.

Re: New 1 min Animation

Thanks Paul. I used a mirror for the producer facial expressions and the lip synch. The poses are done by memory. Yes ! :) I am getting better and enjoying more and more. The next two episodes are going to be very funny with more characters. I'll show you them in 3 or 4 weeks.:) By the way I really ...

Re: 12fps and 24fps

Definitely much more interesting in two's.
The good pace is there, the bouncing, the rhythm. The one in one's doesn't breathe.

Thanks for sharing the example.

Re: TVPaint and Cinema 4d test

First of all I have to say that Asaf understood perfectly the possibilities of what made. or let's say, he commented the example looking at its possible function in an animation context without prejudices or preconceived ideas about 3d or 2d. I agree that visually 2d animation is warmer and obviousl...

Hello I am in the process on learning how to integrate in my own style 2d animations done with TVPaint and Cinema 4d 3d animations in linear mode. Well ...this is my first test. Here I just created some linear textures in TVPaint that loop and I map them in Cinema 4d. I just wanted to share with you...

Re: New Episode

Well Paul I have to say that the story is also very confusing to me, specially the way they speak. Even my wife Judy and my friends find it very difficult to understand. These are going to be 6 ID's where these two rats record a latin hiphop album and create a myspace page. It is supposed to be a pa...
