Re: TVPaint 11 keeps crashing
Sorry Dean I missed that last post of yours. I use it as a normal floating window on my Cintiq display. Not fullscreen (If I go fullscreen I can't find the top menu...) but also just an update. It's been a couple of days now since I went back to 11.7.1 and it hasn't crashed again... so looks like th...

Re: TVPaint 11 keeps crashing
Hi guys, is there anything I can try on this? Maybe install the previous version like you suggested for someone else? It's becoming quite urgent... I keep having to redo stuff over and over and over. It's killing me
Is there a server I can still get V 11.7.1 from?
Thanks

Re: TVPaint 11 keeps crashing
Hi Dean, Yes it's the first install. It's a new machine so I downloaded the new version from my downloads page. Remember you helped me to get my licence to work? I first tried doing a migration via Timemachine but then decided to wipe the whole thing and do a fresh install. So yes this is the first ...

Re: TVPaint 11 keeps crashing
Hi slowtiger. It's hard to tell. I was drawing for a long time yesterday and it crashed maybe 3 times. Today I'm working on the same document and it's now crashing every couple of minutes. So much that I've given up right now
I copied one of the crash reports here... don't know if that will help?

Re: TvPaint 11.7 crashes often on Mac M1 laptop
I think I might have a similar problem. I'm also working on a high res and 11.7.2 crashes all the time. Hopefully someone from support can hook me up with 11.7.1?

TVPaint 11 keeps crashing
Hi, I recently got a new machine and installed the latest version of TVPaint (11.7.2) It keeps crashing. Like frequently. The program just goes away then I get a pop-up that says TVPaint Animation 11 quit unexpectedly. I have the error report here if you need it but here's my setup: Apple M2 Max, 12...

Re: macOS Monterey / Ventura / Sonoma and TVPaint Animation 11 [UPDATE 17/06/2022]
Hi, I just got a new machine and it's running Sonoma I downloaded the latest installer ( 11.7.2 Std (mac-64 wibu) ) ran the Codemeter thing, then tried running TVP but I get that long error message saying "TVPaint Animation 111: Start Error" One of the following licenses is required: * Cod...

Re: Stupid problem with a floating project window
OK wait... if you just maximise the floating window it seems to solve it. Was weird because once you're in that view the cursor on the timeline doesn't line up either... anyways...

Re: Stupid problem with a floating project window
Hi, I followed that link but that's not solving it for me. I also have this happening now and I definitely didn't right click or enable floating window in the dropdown. I also didn't accidentally move my menu bar... It's just suddenly opening it up in a floating window every time. And I can't get it...

Re: 11.7.1 Colour groups panel doesn't have the option to add groups anymore
Hi DT, yes but I can't find a way to actually assign a colour to a new layer. I have loads of layers and they're all grey. There's no option if you right click or in the menu at the top... Yes it was definitely better the way it was before. I'm actually a bit worried now because I use colour groups ...

11.7.1 Colour groups panel doesn't have the option to add groups anymore
Hi, I just installed 11.7.1 and now I can't populate my colour groups panel with any other colours. It only has the "Edit" button which only allows you to rename etc.
Before there was a button to add more groups.
How do I do this now?
